1. Overview

Claude MCP (the “Application”) is a private, single-operator software integration that connects QuickBooks Online to a local AI assistant environment. It is operated by No Muda For You LLC (“Operator,” “we,” “us”) solely for the Operator’s own accounting data.

The Application is not offered to the public, has no other users, and does not accept registrations. It is not a hosted service. It runs as a local process on hardware controlled by the Operator.

2. Information We Access

When authorized via Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 flow, the Application accesses accounting data from the Operator’s own QuickBooks Online company, which may include:

• Customer, vendor, and employee records
• Invoices, bills, estimates, payments, and related transactions
• Chart of accounts, items, classes, and departments
• Financial reports such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow
• Company profile information exposed by the Intuit API

The Application does not access data from any QuickBooks company other than the Operator’s own.

3. How Information Is Used

Accessed data is used exclusively to let the Operator query, analyze, and manage their own books through an AI assistant interface. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, model training, resale, or any secondary purpose.

4. Storage and Security

• Accounting data is retrieved on demand and held only in process memory for the duration of a request. It is not written to a persistent database.
• OAuth credentials (client ID, client secret, refresh token, and realm ID) are stored in a local configuration file on the Operator’s machine, readable only by the Operator’s account.
• All communication with Intuit occurs over TLS-encrypted HTTPS connections.
• The Application runs on an access-controlled device under the Operator’s physical and administrative control.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share QuickBooks data with third parties. Data is not transmitted to any destination other than Intuit’s own API endpoints and the local AI assistant environment the Operator has chosen to run.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

No accounting data is retained after a request completes. Stored OAuth tokens can be revoked at any time by the Operator, either by disconnecting the Application from within QuickBooks Online or by deleting the local configuration file. Revocation immediately and permanently ends the Application’s access.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Application is a business accounting tool. It is not directed at, and is not used by, anyone under the age of 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in how the Application operates. The “Last updated” date above will be revised accordingly.
