End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Claude MCP QuickBooks Integration (the “Software”), operated by No Muda For You LLC (“Licensor”). By installing, configuring, or using the Software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Scope of Use

The Software is a private, single-operator integration. It is licensed for use solely by the Licensor, in connection with the Licensor’s own QuickBooks Online company. It is not distributed to, licensed to, or made available for use by any third party.

Subject to this Agreement, Licensor retains a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the Software on hardware under Licensor’s control for internal accounting and business-analysis purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

The Software interoperates with QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s published APIs. Use of those APIs is additionally governed by Intuit’s own terms. Licensor is an independent party and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

6. Data Handling

Handling of accounting data accessed through the Software is described in the accompanying Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SOFTWARE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE, AND NO WARRANTY IS MADE AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY DATA IT RETRIEVES OR MODIFIES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically upon uninstalling the Software or revoking its access to QuickBooks Online. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
